"The Smart Way to Breathe Life Into Your Lawn!"

What Is Liquid Aeration?

Liquid aeration is a spray-based soil treatment that uses a custom blend of natural bio-stimulants and soil surfactants to break up compacted soil from within, creating microscopic pores that allow air, water, and nutrients to penetrate deeper into the root zone.

Unlike traditional core aeration, which covers only 5–7% of your lawn and leaves messy plugs, liquid aeration treats 100% of the surface — including tight corners, slopes, and hard-to-reach areas.

It's especially effective for urban lawns suffering from heavy foot traffic, poor drainage, or hard-packed clay.

Liquid Aeration vs Core Aeration

Liquid AerationCore Aeration
100% lawn coverageOnly 5–7% coverage
No plugs or surface messLeaves soil plugs everywhere
Safe for all lawn typesMay stress new sod or sandy soils
Won’t damage sprinklers or cablesRisk of damaging underground systems
Builds soil structure over timeOffers temporary relief only
Less weed disturbanceMay expose dormant weed seeds

Core aeration has been used for decades, but it's messy, disruptive, and can be risky for modern lawns with irrigation lines or newer sod. Liquid aeration is the clean method that enhances soil structure and root development without the distruption of plugs. Still prefer core aeration? As of now, we don't offer core aeration ourselves, but we're happy to refer you to a trusted local technician who can help.

When to Apply

We recommend applying liquid aeration in early spring or fall, when grass is actively growing and conditions allow deep root penetration. But unlike core aeration, this gentle treatment is safe to apply any time during the season, and can even be repeated multiple times per year to build long-term soil structure and health.

Pro Tip: Pair liquid aeration with Overseeding — it creates the perfect seed-to-soil connection, helps grass sprout faster and gives you 10% savings on both services.

If your lawn feels hard underfoot, dries out quickly, or isn't bouncing back — it might be time to give the soil some attention. Liquid aeration is the cleanest way to get oxygen, water, and nutrients flowing again — without damaging your lawn.
